World-renowned American Evangelist, Dr. Morris Cerullo Dies at 88.
Born to a Russian/Jewish family, the renowned minister of the Gospel, died on the 11th of July 2020 after being diagnosed of Pneumonia.
Before his death, a plea was made via his Facebook page for prayers.
Since converting to Christianity at the age of 14, Dr. Morris was known for his fervency with the gospel and later during his life span, conducted repeated “Schools of Ministry” in several countries like Mexico, Brazil, The Philippines, Korea, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Indonesia, Netherlands, and many others.
The breaking news about his passing was announced today to his 1M+ Facebook followers alongside the photo below and a caption which read; “Today we remember the incredible life of this great man. Your Legacy will live on!”
Reacting to the news, various pastors and ministers have taken to social media to pay tribute to the recognized general in the Christian faith. Thousands of his followers have also shared their condolences via comments on the social media platform.
Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor wrote via Facebook;
“My Father, mentor, and friend Dr. Morris Cerrullo has ascended to heaven.
My heart goes out to the entire Cerullo family.
Your legacy will forever be remembered.
Rest on God’s General.

Bishop Mike Okonkwo via his Facebook platform as well wrote;
