Sunday Ekaidem Drops Soul-Stirring Single, The Rest & Best of My Life

UK-based Nigerian gospel artist Sunday Ekaidem is ushering in 2025 with a powerful new single, The Rest & Best of My Life. This deeply moving song marks his first release of the year and serves as a preview of his upcoming album, set to drop later in 2025.

A Song Born from Reflection and Surrender

The inspiration for The Rest & Best of My Life came during an intimate moment of prayer in 2022. Sunday found himself reflecting on the extraordinary ways young men and women were serving God—both in their communities and on digital platforms. In that moment of self-examination, a profound question arose in his heart:

“While these people were preparing for their exploits, what was I doing with my life?”

This question led him to a heartfelt prayer of surrender, where he committed the rest of his life to God’s service. He recalls,
“Even though I couldn’t change my past, I told God that I would give Him the rest of my life, believing it would be the best part of my life.”

From this prayer, the lyrics of the song began to flow naturally:
“Let the rest and the best of my life, be Yours, be Yours…”

A Call to Total Devotion

The Rest & Best of My Life is more than just a song—it’s a personal declaration and a universal call for believers to dedicate their lives fully to God’s purpose. With heartfelt lyrics and soul-stirring melodies, Sunday Ekaidem invites listeners to join him in making this commitment, trusting that their remaining days will be used for God’s glory.
