Actor & Pastor, Jimmy Odukoya, Succeeds Father as Senior Pastor of Fountain of Life Church

Following the passing of the revered Senior Pastor and Founder of Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, on August 7th, 2023, the mantle of leadership has been officially passed to the first son of the late clergyman and his late first wife, Bimbo Odukoya—Jimmy Odukoya.

The announcement was made during a  church service held on Sunday, September 17th, and subsequently shared on social media. The official statement was issued by Pastor Rotimi Okpaise, a member of the board of trustees, who underlined that this appointment was the result of careful deliberations by the board and stakeholders.

The installation ceremony of Pastor Jimmy Othniel Odukoya as the New Senior Pastor of the Church is scheduled for Saturday, September 30th. The father of two and talented actor is thus embarking on a new spiritual journey, stepping away from the television screens to lead the congregation with the wisdom and legacy passed down from his late father.
