Kirk Franklin Bags 2019 Soul Train Award for ‘Best Gospel / Inspirational’

Congratulations are in order once again for Urban Gospel music legend, Kirk Franklin!

The multi-platinum selling artist continues to consistently raise the bar high as he bags the “Best Gospel/Inspirational” Award at the 2019 Soul Train Awards, which held this past weekend at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

Appearances by music icon Kirk Franklin and gospel music superstar Le’Andria Johnson were highlights of BET Presents: 2019 Soul Train Award, which also witnessed Yolanda Adams bagging the ‘The Lady of Soul Award’ for her contributions to Gospel music throughout her career.

Kirk while giving his acceptance speech reminded the audience not to give up on their gifts, he said, “. . .what’s inside of you is like grandma’s greens. So don’t give up, your time is coming.”
