Inspiring Video of a Four-Year-Old in Hospital Bed Singing “Overcomer” by Mandisa

Inspiring video of a brave little girl, Leah who suffers from a rare blood disease goes viral with over 7 million views.

The video shows Leah singing along “Overcomer” by Christian recording artist Mandisa while in her hospital bed in Oakland, California. Her mom told InsideEdition.com that this particular song means so much to their family that when Leah started singing it, she just had to document it.

“It really speaks to us,” Carroll said. “[It’s about] just getting over anything that’s handed to you through our faith and staying strong.”

Leah’s mom, Lindsay Chapman-Caroll was encouraged by friends to write a post to Mandisa, and share the video of Leah with her.

Touched by the video, Mandisa shared it with the rest of her fans on her Facebook page. She encourages people to pray for Leah and her family.
