Gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu is dead
Report reaching us confirms Nigerian gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu is dead. The Imo State-born music minister passed on yesterday, Friday, in an Abuja hospital after battling an undisclosed ailment.
Osinachi Nwachukwu was well-known for her feature on the track “Ekwueme” by Prospa Ochimana, which brought her into the limelight. She was a lead chorister at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja.
As of press time, no official statement has been made from the family members of Sister Osinachi yet. The singer is survived by her husband and four children.
Meanwhile, Fans and a few colleagues so far have taken to social media to pay tribute to the singer.
Popular Indigenous gospel singer, Chinyere Udoma, pens on Instagram: “On OOD NIGHT BELOVED DAUGHTER SEE YOU IN HEAVEN COS I KNOW YOU MADE IT?? let the mercy of God prevail over judgment ? in JESUS NAME AMEN ?”
