Inc, founded by Arch.B.A Idahosa of blessed memory since his conversion in the late 80s.He has being working passionately in the service of God’s house and the kingdom.
The outstanding beauty of his skill and excellence made him noticed in the midst of thousand also gifted. This has made him ever contemplate the resounding word’s of the preacher king in the ancient desert of Jerusalem reverberating through centuries with its echo’s; seeth thou a man diligent in his work, he sit before kings and not mean men.
When it comes to Gospel Music, we have witnessed the rise of various artists, but what makes this man stand out is the “Anointing”, he is not another artiste and doesn’t just sing for the sake of it, he ministers, brings simplicity in lyrics and expresses himself in his own style. He influences lots of people in Nigeria in his capacity as a conference speaker, music minister and also a resource person in music, voice grooming, choir administration, and has also trained lots of choir and artiste in the country.
In 1997, he was asked by the Redemption Faith Magazine why his style of ministry is unique and dynamic, he said I see heaven open when I worship and just do the things inspired and imprinted in my heart and before you know it, the people just walk straight into the presence of God.
Rev. Atenaga Victor was noticed by the Archbishop and was immediately transferred or called to the International Headquarters of the Church of God Mission (Faith Arena), Benin City, Nigeria; where he has been serving for more than one decade. Until the home call of the Archbishop Benson Idahosa, Victor Atenaga served him as his personal psalmist traveling with him for programs within & outside the country.
One memorable meeting that has remained indelible in the hearts of thousands of worshippers that gathered at the international Convention of the great mission, it was a Friday Night in the month of Nov.1997, instructed by the Archbishop, he sang just before the evening message will begin and the whole meeting was engulfed with such an awesome presence of God that the Archbishop couldn’t preach anymore, all he instructed was for everyone to pray and march round the field and go home, because God has spoken.
The Archbishop recalled that great day while preaching in another meeting, how the Holy Spirit said to him “What More Do You Have To Say, because I have finished speaking to my people”. It was an incredible night. This is just part of the great and strange things that happens in his meetings.
Rev. Victor Atenaga will be ministering Live at THE ENCOUNTER 2015. Victor Atenaga resides in Benin City Nigeria with his wife. The man who leads thousands into God’s presence in different places is just a simple lovely husband, who delights in serving as a short order cook at home.
