Album Loading – Chandler Moore Hints On New Project, Teases Amapiano Fusion
Chandler Moore is back in the studio and fully locked in as he hints his new album is in the works and loading. The award-winning singer and worship leader has also constantly treated his fans to a few snippets/demos from the studio, giving a taste of what to expect from his upcoming project.
Chandler Moore taps into the exciting Afro-house fusion ‘Amapiano’ for a song – as seen in one of the snippets which have sparked huge anticipation across social media. He tagged the track “Defend Me” (demo). Some fans have urged the singer to feature Afrogospel Limoblaze on the track.
Following the excitement and anticipation surrounding the teaser “Defend Me,” Chandler has announced an Open-Verse challenge for fans to engage.
Taking to Instagram, Moore wrote; “Working on my album who’s got a verse?” he asked.

Recall in February, Worship music collective, Maverick City Music which Chandler Moore is part of, was among the big winners at the 2023 Grammy Awards which was held yesterday at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Maverick City Music took home four (4) Grammys emerging top winner in the Christian/Gospel music category including Best Contemporary Christian Music Album “Breathe”. They bagged three Grammy Awards with Kirk Franklin for their collaborative projects including, Best Gospel Album “One Deluxe”, Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance “Fear Is Not My Future” and Best Gospel Song “Kingdom”.
