AfroGospel sensation Limoblaze has hit yet another milestone with his collab single with Happi, and Lecrae, ‘Jireh (My Provider)’ – an Afrobeat remix of the Maverick City Music’s smash-hit, Jireh. The amazing track which has been making a splash on social media since its July release recently hit 2 Million streams on YouTube and Spotify. This comes barely 3-weeks after debuting at No. 48 on the top 50 list of the US Afrobeat chart dated September 3rd, 2022.
‘Jireh (My Provider)’ has so far enjoyed increased listenership and great reception since its release in July. It was happily received by millions of people, as they enjoyed the fusion of the wave-making Afrobeats genre.
However, the original song “Jireh” was performed and written by American contemporary worship bands, Elevation worship & Maverick city music, featuring Chandler Moore, Chris Brown, and Naomi Raine. The song was initially released as a promotional single on march 26, 2021 and it impacted Christian radio in the US on April 1, 2022, as the lead single from their collaborative live album, Old church basement (2021).
“Jireh (my provider)” has helped to set an impressive record for Limoblaze as the track is poised to become an all-time Afrobeat remix that will not be forgotten by many in a long time.
If you love AfroGospel, “Jireh (my provider)” would be a perfect option for you to listen to, as it also helps you to acknowledge how the Lord has been a great provider. [Download/Stream]
