Taking to a recent post on Instagram, Phil shared an adorable video of his proposal with the caption; “This week i asked my best friend @marvel_tee to marry me. I’m so lucky/blessed to have her in my life… and even luckier that i get to spend the rest of my life with her…when i had given up on love Takiya Romain rescued me”.❤❤
