MusiC :: PTops – What Would You Do?

Ptops

Gospel music singer PTops drops ‘What Would You Do (If Jesus was your Girlfriend)’, a two-faced song with its critical question, what would you do if Jesus was truly your loved one, and if you saw Him as such? The song seeks to draw believers back to a place of intimacy with the master arguing that if it is true that Jesus is our lover, we would reference Him as such.

Many times, believers do not live in the reality/consciousness of God’s love for them, and this leads to a lack of intimacy in the christian experience of many believers round the world. Ptops uses this song to draw us back to that place with Jesus.

PTops is musical name for Lawyer turned minister, Adeyemi Temitope. He began singing as a child, and recalls being greatly influenced by his sister Modupe into listening to the likes of Kirk Franklin, Donnie Mcclurkin, Jmoss, Kurt Karr and more. His love for Gospel music and worship, and the grace of God on him, kept him consistently singing. He has a strong desire and mandate to reach the world through music.

After his study of law in the University of Abuja, he decided to give full expression to the gift of God within Him, thereby abandoning his law career for a ministry to people through music. He says that His mandate is to Minister the New Testament (the Gospel of Jesus Christ), to people through God given music. He receives songs, writes, ministers, teaches and as such he has boldly come up with his second single ‘What would you do (If Jesus was your Girlfriend)’.

As you listen to this song, get lifted into new realms of intimacy with the father.
