About Phil Roberts

PHIL ROBERTS is a mechanical Engineer and a multi talented music minister born into a family of entertainment with highly technical and professional skills, coupled with a well developed acumen reflecting a career of strong leadership in entertainment.‎
Phil Roberts Began his career in 1996 in Assemblies of God where he was appointed to be the head of the children choir which paved way for him to be the official keyboardist of the main church.

In 2000 he was made the assistant music director of Winners campus fellowship where he discovered more talents in the fellowship and developed the music structure of the church.

In 2002 he was made the music cordinator of the joint christian fellowship where he formed a group called the paparazy Jazz crew as the Trio made tremendous exploits in the land.

In 2008 after graduation from school he formed a band called GOLD MUSIC which he used to bring succor to several talented young people in the streets of NIGER DELTA Nigeria as he partnered with many NGO’s to sponsor young talented Youths to malasia for talent development.

He also organized several free music seminars and workshops for young people in Port Harcourt,Delta,Abuja and Lokoja where he transformed the lives of young people.

In 2009 Phil Roberts lead a group of young people to use entertainment as a major tool to stop insurgency in the Niger delta region of Nigeria and also plead to the boys to embrace peace and not War‎.

In his ambition to strengthen young people, he has organized many talent empowerment program with several Churches and NGO as he is presently pushing the 35% youth affirmative action in Nigeria‎‎

He was the music director of KICC Abuja but presently the Head of Music Christ Embassy Gwarinpa Branch in Abuja Nigeria and the C.E.O/LEAD VOCALIST of Phil Roberts & Da Sound Signatures.
Notably, he was also one of the screening Judges and music director/instructor at “THE GOSPEL VOICE” Talent hunt show in Abuja.

He positions his music ministry as an avenue for young people to grow their talents and also fend for themselves. He is presently the Business Development consultant of an NGO called Child Education and Crime Education,The Chief Operating Officer of Web media and also The General Manager of Montage Africa a multimedia company in Nigeria and has also developed some major Projects for The INTERNALLY DISPLACED PEOPLE (IDP) in Nigeria as part of the company’s community projects and also a member of the American Society For Non Destructive Testing Engineers.

He is the Gospel Rock ambassador of Abuja and also the President of Abuja Gospel Artiste Forum. Phil has released Hit songs like faithful God, Mighty God, Ebube,Savior, Lifter of my hands, Chioma Heaven Play my song which is being a blessing to the world and also on radio stations around the world.
